In order to keep Doggies at the Beach a fun and safe environment for your pet, all doggies must meet the following requirements:

1. Temperament Evaluation

All new doggies must pass an onsite temperament evaluation prior to scheduling day care visits. Since all doggies are off-leash in the play areas, aggressive or toy possessive doggies are not accepted. Temperament evaluations are conducted by appointment only. They can be scheduled any weekday preferably after 4pm when there are not as many doggies.

2. Current Vaccinations

All doggies must be current on the following vaccinations:

• DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza and parvo virus)
• Rabies
• Bordetella (every 6 months)

3. Flea/Tick Control

Your doggie must be on a veterinarian-approved form of topical flea control. Acceptable products are:

• Frontline or Frontline Plus
• Advantage or K-9 Advantage
• Revolution

4. Must be on heartworm control

• Heartguard or Heartgard Plus
• Revolution

5. Spayed/ Neutered

All doggies must be spayed or neutered.

6. All doggies must be at least 6 months of age to attend day care.
